The Last Black Panther (designed by Mindy Lee)

MAN! This character may well be my favorite that I modeled during my time at Marvel! She was so beautifully designed—she might be my favorite character from the show.

She is to-date likely the most intense model I’ve ever made and had so many intricate layered pieces, but the modeling was an absolute blast to do. . . . The UVs on the other hand 🤣🤣🤣 lol I super loved getting to model her in different stages with her helmet on and off and the hood up and down. She was a stunning character, so I'm glad she got to show her face.

A massive thanks to my friends Todd Harris and Josh Shaw for believing in me and for giving me the opportunity to work in the capacity as a lead to help shape the character transition from 2D to 3D. It was a tremendous privilege and an honor. A huge thanks to my teammates for your support, and the concept team for the constant inspiration. And a big thanks to the artists at Axis who supported further production prep.
